What materials do you use?

I use artificial and dried flowers/greenery. I source from a variety of places to provide striking design options at the best value.

How do I care for my wreath?

I recommend displaying under a covered area to help protect it against wind and sun fading. Occasionally, you may need to re-fluff or adjust the ribbons.

How do I clean my wreath?

Start with the delicate areas first using a light spray with air from a can from 1-3” away. If you’re lucky and have an air compressor that works well too, but increase the distance away to avoid breakage. Once complete take a clean damp cloth and gently wipe down the larger areas.

How do I store my wreath?

The best is in a cool, dry place in a hard plastic clamshell case. However, a great low budget option is wrapping a garbage bag, knotting or in a box and then hanging to store.

All shipping rates shown apply to US continental locations only. International orders will have additional rates corresponding with size.

returns & exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date with receipt minus the shipping cost. Additionally:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

  • Customer will be responsible for return postage/shipping.

  • Custom floral and sale merchandise are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • If you receive your order damaged/or have damaged items; contact us to arrange an exchange.
